Bicycle Education - The Bicycle Education Program is available for primary school children, taught by a fully qualified instrustor and ex professional cyclist. MHR and Fitness Testing - These tests can help you in so many ways, from indicating your fitness levels to what heart rate you should be working at.

Injury Management and Rehabilitation - If you have had a past or current injury and need help in rehabilitating that area we have the structure plan for you. This is only done after you have seeked the doctors and /or physio's approval.

Athlete Monitoring - If your not sure that you or your children are training correctly we can monitor your training and performances. This helps eliminate the chances of over training syndrome, chronic fatigue, glandular fever and other related illness etc.

Biomechanical Analysis - Are you are having problems with your technique in your chosen sport? Are you becoming injured regularly? Then we can help you by doing a video analysis and work out the best ways to correct your problems for you.
